The story

The Super 55 was a utility tractor built by the Oliver Farm Equipment Company from 1954 to 1958, alongside the firm's larger row-crop and standard models. As on a row-crop tractor, the wheel track could be adjusted to match the spacing of crop rows.

The front axle, however, came only in a wide-track form, with no narrow front option. That made the tractor steadier when fitted with a front loader.

It was later followed by the Oliver 550.

Did you knowOliver never offered a narrow front end on the Super 55, which helped keep it stable with a loader fitted.
