Deutz tractors.

Deutz traces its roots to N. A. Otto and Cie, founded in Cologne in 1864 by Nikolaus Otto and often called the oldest engine works in the world. It began making diesel tractors in 1924 and became Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz in 1938. KHD took over Fahr in stages from 1962 and sold tractors as Deutz-Fahr from the early 1980s, also buying Allis-Chalmers in 1985. The tractor business passed to the SAME group in 1995.
