Versatile tractors.
Peter Pakosh and Roy Robinson founded Versatile in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1963. From 1966 it mass-produced articulated four-wheel-drive tractors, starting with the D100 and G100, and in 1977 it built both the bi-directional 150 and the giant Big Roy prototype. Ford New Holland bought the company in 1987, and after the 1999 merger of Case and New Holland it was sold to Buhler Industries. Rostselmash later took control, and in 2024 the shares passed to Turkey's Basak Traktor.
